Rhonda R. Hess is a certified professional leadership coach and change management specialist with a unique capability to effect positive behavioral change.
She has over 20 years experience leading and managing transformational change initiatives within and for the Fortune 1000, including Hershey Foods Corporation. Rhonda works with executives across industries including finance, consumer packaged goods, transportation, executive search, health and wellness, aerospace, and consulting.
She earned a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from St. Francis University, a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science from the Pennsylvania State University, and a Master’s-level Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. She is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation.
Rhonda extends her passion to build leaders into the community by teaching students how to improve their learning, retention, and study skills. She is the founder and co-chair of the Pennsylvania Memory Competition. She serves as a judge and keynote speaker at the USA National Memory Competition held annually in New York City.
